How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 3. Peel off the backing strip from the pad. 4. Position the pad in the center of your underwear, ensuring the wings are folded down. 5. Fold the wings around the edges of your underwear and press firmly to secure. 6. Change the pad regularly, as needed.
Recommended frequency: Change the pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently as needed, to maintain hygiene and comfort. This may vary depending on your individual flow.
Additional tips: For optimal hygiene, always wash your hands before and after changing the pad.
Store unused pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
