Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the smaller, inner tube of the applicator and the larger, outer tube. 3. Hold the tampon at the middle grip zone between the inner and outer tubes with your thumb and middle finger. 4. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 5. Once the applicator is comfortably inserted, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube using your index finger. This will release the tampon inside. 6. Carefully remove the applicator. 7. Wash your hands again.


Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. Superplus absorbency is recommended for very heavy flow.


Additional Tips: For optimal comfort and hygiene, choose the correct absorbency for your flow. If you experience any discomfort or resistance during insertion, try changing positions. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Using a tampon with a higher absorbency than needed can increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Familiarize yourself with the symptoms of TSS and seek immediate medical attention if you experience them while using tampons.
The applicator is biodegradable. Dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush the applicator down the toilet.

Ingredients: 100% Cotton WARNINGS: Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious illness that can cause death. Read and save the enclosed leaflet for information about TSS and the use of tampons. Do not use tampons if you have had TSS. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, including overnight. Do not use more than the recommended number of tampons. If you experience any symptoms of TSS (e.g., high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches, dizziness, fainting, or a sunburn-like rash), remove the tampon immediately and seek medical attention. Select the minimum absorbency needed for your flow. Using a tampon with higher absorbency than necessary can increase the risk of TSS. Keep out of reach of children.
