For the price, I think it's a pretty good deal. I wish the capsules were a little smaller, they're a bit hard to swallow, but overall I'm satisfied with the results I'm seeing so far. I've combined it with going to the gym.

The packaging is actually pretty smart. Two separate blister packs, one for day, one for night. Makes it super easy to keep track. As for if it works... I've been taking them for a couple of weeks and I think I'm seeing a slight difference. Not a miracle cure, but maybe helping a little. Will keep going.
