I was a bit skeptical about trying these, but I'm glad I did. I haven't noticed a huge weight loss, but I definitely feel less hungry throughout the day. I'm eating smaller portions and not snacking as much.

Okay, so I was a bit skeptical about this, especially with all the weight loss stuff out there. The packaging is nice, feels like a quality product at least. Early days yet, but fingers crossed it actually does something!
