These gummies are actually pretty good. I've noticed a slight difference in my appetite, which is what I was hoping for. They taste nice, but they're a bit too sweet for my liking. Still, I'll buy them again.

Okay, so I've been taking these gummies for about two weeks now. I take two a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, as recommended. I've also been trying to eat a bit healthier and go for walks more often. I think they're helping curb my cravings, especially in the evenings. I haven't weighed myself, but my clothes feel a little looser.
