I was a bit skeptical about this kind of product, to be honest. I've tried similar things before with little to no effect. But I have to admit, I've noticed a difference since I started using it. It's not a miracle worker, but it does seem to help with water retention. For the price, it's worth giving it a shot, especially if you're already eating well and exercising.

Okay, so this is my first time trying anything like this. I was a bit skeptical, but I've been using it for a week now and I think I can see a difference? Maybe it's just me being hopeful, but I feel less bloated and my clothes feel a little looser. The taste is actually pretty good too, which I wasn't expecting. I add it to my water bottle every morning.

I mix one dose with a big glass of water before my workout. I find that I sweat more during my cardio and it helps me stay hydrated throughout my session. I can tell it's working to flush out the excess water.
