How to use:
It is advisable to drink one cup a day, preferably in the morning. One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and keep it infused for 5-7 minutes, making sure to leave the container covered so that the most volatile substances do not disperse.
