Okay, so I've been using this for a couple of weeks now... and I gotta say, I think it's actually helping a little? I mean, it's not a miracle worker, obviously, but I feel like I'm snacking less... maybe it's a placebo effect, who knows? But I like the roll-on applicator, it's super easy to use on the go.
