I bought these after my doctor suggested I take Vitamin C and Zinc... well, I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now, and I think I feel a bit more energetic, maybe? It's hard to tell, to be honest. I wasn't expecting miracles, but so far, so good... I'll keep taking them and see if I notice a bigger difference.
