I'm a big fan of Heel, I've been using their other supplements for ages. This Vitamin C and Zinc combo is great, especially now that the weather is changing. I find it gives me a little boost of energy without the jitters. I think the tablets are a little bigger than some of their other ones, but that's not a big deal.
