My doctor actually suggested I try these for my sleep issues. I take one about an hour before bed, like she said, and I've noticed I'm falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. No grogginess in the morning either, which is a huge plus. Seems to be working as advertised!

This stuff works fast. I mean really fast. Take it before bed lights out. No lingering awake. Wake up feeling ok not groggy. Only thing is I wish the tablets were smaller. Hard to swallow sometimes.
