I've been using these gummies for a couple of weeks now, and they're pretty good. I used to take a straight melatonin supplement, but these are much easier to take on the go. The taste is fine, not amazing, but definitely palatable. My only real complaint is that sometimes I wake up feeling a little groggy, but it's not every time. Overall, a decent product.

Was skeptical, gummies usually taste artificial. These actually taste good, a bit like berries. Not sure if it's placebo but I do feel a bit calmer before bed.
