La verdad, al principio no estaba muy convencida... había probado otras marcas y nada, seguía dando vueltas en la cama. Pero estas microtabletas... pues, a ver, no sé si es placebo o qué, pero me ayudan a relajarme y a conciliar el sueño más rápido. Y el precio está bastante bien, la verdad.
