I've been using these drops for a week now, and honestly, I think they're helping me fall asleep a bit faster... or maybe it's just a placebo effect, I don't know! But I do feel more relaxed before bed. The taste isn't great, kind of earthy, but you get used to it. I wish they came in a bigger bottle, though. 30ml doesn't seem like much, does it?
