First time trying something like this. The packaging is pretty straightforward, two different types of pills. I like that it's a combo of vitamins and omega 3s. Easy to swallow.

I was a bit skeptical about taking a supplement for both energy and joints, usually they don't do much. But after a month of taking these, I have to admit I feel a bit more energetic and my knees aren't as achy after my morning walks. Not a miracle cure, but a noticeable improvement.

I was a bit skeptical about trying this, to be honest. I used to take a glucosamine supplement, and it helped a bit, but nothing major. This Bion3 stuff seems more comprehensive, with the added vitamins and Omega-3. I've been taking it for a month now, and my joints do feel a little less stiff in the mornings. Still not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I'll keep going.
