I don't take them every day, only on days when I wash my hair, about three times a week. I find that's enough to give my hair a little boost without overdoing it. Plus, it helps me remember to take them!

I have fine, color-treated hair and was skeptical about taking pills for hair growth. I've tried so many shampoos and serums that promised the world and did nothing. But after a month of Forcapil, I'm actually seeing less hair fall in the shower and my hair feels a bit stronger. Still cautious, but pleasantly surprised.
