I've been taking these for about two weeks now, and I think I'm starting to notice a difference. I'm not as tired in the afternoons, which is a huge plus. I usually crash around 3 pm, but I've been able to power through meetings and even go to the gym after work. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any weird side effects. I do wish the bottle had more capsules, though. 28 goes by quickly!
