I've been taking these for about two weeks now, and I've definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels. I usually get hit with that afternoon slump around 3pm, but since starting these, I'm able to power through until dinner. I also feel like my immune system is getting a little boost. I haven't caught the cold that's been going around the office, so that's a plus!

I'm a big fan of NHCO products, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's not quite as potent as some of their other energy boosters, but it's perfect for everyday use. The price is reasonable for the quality.
