I spent a good while looking at different ginseng options, trying to find something that would actually make a difference for my energy levels. These Arkopharma capsules stood out because of the concentration. I've been taking them for about three weeks now, and I definitely feel less sluggish, especially during my afternoon slump. The only thing I wish is that the bottle had a smaller cap, it feels a bit oversized for the number of capsules.
