For the price, these effervescent tablets are a solid choice. I've been feeling less tired and my legs don't cramp as much after long walks. They dissolve quickly and taste fine. It does what it says it will, which is all I care about in a supplement. Good value for daily support.

These effervescent tablets are a definite upgrade. My previous magnesium supplement was just okay, but this Aquilea version actually makes a noticeable difference in my daily energy levels.
