I was really on the fence about trying these. So many things promise a boost but don't deliver. I admit, I'm pleasantly surprised. After a few days, I did notice a subtle difference in my overall energy levels, especially when I usually hit that afternoon slump. The only minor thing is I wish the tablets were a bit smaller, sometimes they feel a little big to swallow easily.

I used to take a different brand of energy supplements, but this one feels like it gives me a more sustained boost throughout the day. I don't get that jitters feeling. My skin also looks a bit brighter, which is a nice bonus. The only thing is I wish the tablets were a little smaller, they're a bit chunky to swallow sometimes. Otherwise, really happy with the results.
