This spray is quite effective for those scratchy throat days, especially after a long meeting. I like the convenient size, easy to toss in my bag. My only minor complaint is that the taste is a bit too strong for my preference; a slightly milder flavor would make it perfect. Still, it definitely helps soothe things.

Ordered this from the store, delivery was fast and the product arrived well-packaged. The spray itself is quite easy to apply, though I find the taste a little strong for daily use. It does seem to help when I feel a tickle.

I've used Aquilea products before and they always deliver. This propolis spray is just as good as their other supplements. It gives a nice, quick relief.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Open your mouth and direct the nozzle towards your throat. 4. Administer two sprays by pressing the pump firmly.
5. Avoid swallowing immediately after spraying to allow the product to coat the throat.
Recommended Frequency: Use two sprays, three times a day. This provides a total daily intake of 45mg of propolis.
