I use this when my throat feels scratchy. A couple of sprays, wait a minute, and then swallow. The taste is a little strong at first, but it fades quickly. Really helps!

I was skeptical about this spray, honestly. I've tried similar things before and they didn't do much. But I have to admit, it actually seems to be helping soothe my throat. Not a miracle cure, but definitely noticeable. Will keep using it.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Open your mouth and direct the nozzle towards your throat. 4. Administer two sprays by pressing the pump firmly.
5. Avoid swallowing immediately after spraying to allow the product to coat the throat.
