Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. While inhaling gently, press the pump to deliver 1 or 2 sprays into the nostril. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, up to several times a day. For adults and children over 6 years of age, apply 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril as often as necessary.
