I'm a big fan of Arkopharma and have used their other supplements before. This one, the zinc, comes in a really nice, sturdy bottle. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, which is a plus. I find Arkopharma products are always well-packaged and feel like good quality. It is different to the multivitamin one I use, but I think I like it more.

My dermatologist suggested I add zinc to my daily routine for my skin, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical. But, I've been taking these Arkopharma capsules for about a month now, and I think I'm starting to see a difference... My skin seems a little clearer, and I haven't had as many breakouts, so... maybe it's working? I'll keep taking them and see what happens!
