Pues me lo recomendó una amiga que es muy de cuidarse... La verdad es que yo soy un poco desastre, pero a ver, me dijo que para la vista iba genial, que notaba diferencia... No sé, llevo poco tomándolo, pero parece que sí, que estoy menos cansada cuando llego a casa después de currar todo el día con el ordenador. A ver si sigo notando mejoría...

I've been taking these cranberry capsules for a few months now, and I definitely notice a difference. I used to get UTIs fairly often, but since starting these, I haven't had a single one. Seems to be doing the trick. No weird side effects either, which is a plus.

I switched to these Arkopharma cranberry capsules after my usual brand became hard to find. The other ones were a bit bigger and had a stronger smell, but these seem to work just as well. I take one in the morning with breakfast and another before bed. So far, so good.
