Good product, helps a lot with my allergies. The spray nozzle could be a little better designed, sometimes it squirts out too forcefully. But overall, I'm happy with it.

I bought this after my doctor suggested it for my chronic sinus issues. I was using another brand, a cheaper one, but honestly, this Rhinomer Plus feels gentler and more effective. It really clears things out without that stinging sensation I sometimes got with the other one. Definitely worth the extra few bucks.
