The packaging is sturdy, which I appreciate. The spray nozzle is a bit too powerful for my liking, it comes out in a strong stream rather than a fine mist. Otherwise, good product.

Used to use Sterimar, but Rhinomer Plus+ Strength 1 is much gentler on my sinuses. A worthwhile upgrade.
