Good product overall, but I wish the capsules were smaller. They're a bit difficult to swallow. Otherwise, I'm happy with the results I'm seeing in terms of sun protection.

I was a bit skeptical about these, honestly. A friend swore they helped her avoid sunburn on a recent trip. I've been taking them for a month and did notice I tanned more easily and didn't burn as quickly on a long weekend at the beach. So, yeah, they seem to work.

I started taking these Sunisdin capsules about a month ago based on a friend's recommendation. She swore they helped even out her skin tone after sun exposure. I've been diligent about taking one every morning with breakfast, as instructed. I haven't noticed a HUGE difference yet, but my skin does seem a bit more resilient when I'm out in the sun. It's subtle, but I think it's working! Will continue to use.

I've been taking these for about a month now, and I definitely notice a difference in my skin's sensitivity to the sun. I still wear sunscreen, of course, but I feel like I'm getting less redness after being outside. I wish they came in a larger quantity, though.

I'm a big fan of Isdin skincare, so I decided to try these. So far so good! I think they're a great addition to my routine, especially now that summer is coming. They seem to work well with the sunscreen I already use.

I used to take another brand for sun protection, but these Isdin capsules are much better. I'm already a fan of their sunscreen, and this is just as effective.
