It's a decent product, provides a good boost. The taste is fine, nothing amazing. My only real complaint is the packaging; a resealable bag would be much more practical.

I've been using a similar product from another brand, but this one has a slightly better texture. It's not as gritty, which makes it easier to drink quickly after my morning run. The flavor is also a bit milder.
