Directions for Use:
Dark Stain Whitening Molds:
1. Brush your teeth gently with the Iwhite toothpaste. 2. Dry the molds and your teeth. 3. Apply the molds to your upper and lower teeth, ensuring they fit snugly. 4. Wear the molds for 20 minutes.
5. Remove the molds and rinse your mouth with water. 6. Discard the used molds.
Iwhite Toothpaste:
1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth gently for 2 minutes, focusing on all surfaces.
3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency:
Dark Stain Whitening Molds: Use once daily for 5 consecutive days for optimal results. You can repeat this treatment every 2-3 months as needed.
Iwhite Toothpaste: Use twice daily, morning and evening, as part of your regular oral hygiene routine.
