Directions for Use:
1. Brush your teeth gently before applying the trays. 2. Remove one pre-filled tray from the packaging. 3. Carefully place the tray over your upper teeth, ensuring a comfortable fit. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for your lower teeth with a second tray. 5. Wear both trays simultaneously for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes, remove and discard the trays. 7. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel.
