How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles of the Interapothek Medium Toothbrush. 2. Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 4. Brush the outer surfaces of each tooth, upper and lower. 5. Brush the inner surfaces of each tooth, upper and lower. 6. Brush the chewing surfaces of all teeth. 7. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and store upright to air dry.
