Ingredients

Directions for use: 1. After brushing your teeth, measure 15ml of Kemphor Fluoride Mouthwash.
2. Rinse your mouth with the undiluted mouthwash for at least one minute.
3. Spit the solution into the sink.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing in the morning and evening, for optimal results.
Additional tips: For maximum efficacy, do not rinse with water immediately after use.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing to allow the fluoride to effectively protect your teeth.
