Directions for use: 1. After brushing your teeth, measure 15ml of Kemphor Fluoride Mouthwash.
2. Rinse your mouth with the undiluted mouthwash for at least one minute.
3. Spit the solution into the sink.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing in the morning and evening, for optimal results.
Additional tips: For maximum efficacy, do not rinse with water immediately after use.
