5 stars supplier! Fast dispatch, well packed, fairly priced. It is the third time I am using this supplier. Before I used other suppliers, however, event including delivery to the Ireland, it is still the best offer in the market.

Didn't need customer service which is the best sort! The website was easy to use and everything went as predicted. This was my first order but I would use Pharmacy Club again.

Gently brush all tooth surfaces using short, circular motions. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line, back molars, and areas around fillings or crowns. 5. Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, ideally after every meal.
Additional tips: 1. Don't brush too hard, as this can damage your gums and enamel. 2. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 3. For optimal oral health, visit your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings. 4. Consider using interdental brushes or floss to clean between your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. 5. Store your toothbrush in an upright position and allow it to air dry completely to prevent bacterial growth.
