How to Use: 1. Break off approximately 18 inches (45 cm) of VITIS Waxed Dental Floss. 2. Wind most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) to work with. 3. Hold the floss tautly between your thumbs and forefingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion. Be careful not to snap the floss into the gums. 5. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a "C" shape against one tooth. 6. Gently slide the floss into the space between the gum and the tooth. 7. Holding the floss tightly against the tooth, rub the side of the tooth with an up and down motion, removing plaque and debris. 8. Repeat this method on the rest of your teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth. 9. Don't forget to floss the back side of your last molars. Remember to be gentle to avoid damaging your gums.

Recommended Frequency: Use VITIS Waxed Dental Floss at least once a day, preferably in the evening before brushing your teeth. This helps remove plaque and food particles that have accumulated throughout the day.
