How to Use: 1. Break off approximately 18 inches (45 cm) of Oral-B Superfloss. 2. Wind most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving 4-5 inches (10-12 cm) to work with. 3. Gently guide the stiffened end between your teeth and under the gumline using a gentle sawing motion. 4. Clean around each tooth using a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion, making sure to clean under the gumline. 5. Use the floss threader section to clean around bridges, braces, and wide gaps. 6. Use the fluffy floss section to clean large interdental spaces. 7. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid spreading bacteria.
Recommended Frequency: Use Oral-B Superfloss at least once a day, preferably before bedtime, as part of your daily oral hygiene routine. Consistent use is key to removing plaque and food particles and maintaining healthy gums.
