How to use
Ingredients
Cut 50 cm of tape and roll most of it on one of the middle fingers.2. Roll the rest on the opposite hand, to collect the dental tape as you use it.3. Tighten a 2 to 3 cm piece of tape using your thumbs and index fingers.4. When the tape reaches the edge of the gums, curve it in a C-shape against one of the teeth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth until resistance is felt.5. Rub the tape against the tooth to remove food debris and plaque.6. Repeat these operations with the remaining teeth using a clean piece of tape for each one.

How to use: 1. Cut approximately 50 cm of VITIS Fluor & Mint Dental Tape. 2. Wrap most of the tape around one of your middle fingers. 3. Wrap the remaining tape around the middle finger of your opposite hand, this will be used to collect the used tape. 4. Hold a 2 to 3 cm section of the tape taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 5. Gently guide the tape into the space between your tooth and gum. Once the tape reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against the tooth. Slide it gently beneath the gum line until you feel slight resistance. 6. Gently rub the tape against the tooth surface to remove plaque and food particles. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each tooth, using a fresh section of tape every time.
Recommended frequency: Use daily, ideally after every meal, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional tips: For best results, use VITIS Fluor & Mint Dental Tape in conjunction with regular brushing and rinsing with a fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. Do not force the tape between your teeth, as this can damage your gums. If your gums bleed or become sore, consult your dentist. Store the dental tape in a cool, dry place.
