Immerse the test strip completely in the urine sample for 1-2 seconds, ensuring all reagent pads are covered. 4. Remove the strip and gently shake off any excess urine. 5. Compare the color of the reagent pads to the color chart provided on the product packaging within the specified timeframe (usually 60 seconds). 6. Record the corresponding pH value.
