Instructions for Use:

1. Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean, dry container. 2. Remove the Lit-Control pH Meter from its packaging. 3. Immerse the test strip completely in the urine sample for 1-2 seconds, ensuring all reagent pads are covered. 4. Remove the strip and gently shake off any excess urine. 5. Compare the color of the reagent pads to the color chart provided on the product packaging within the specified timeframe (usually 60 seconds). 6. Record the corresponding pH value.

Recommended Frequency:

Initial monitoring: Test your urine pH 2-3 times per day for the first few days to establish a baseline and understand your body's natural pH fluctuations.
Maintenance monitoring: Once you have a good understanding of your urine pH, you can reduce the frequency to once a day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Preventive monitoring: If you are prone to kidney stones, regular monitoring, even in the absence of symptoms, can help prevent their formation. Consult with your healthcare professional for personalized recommendations.

Additional Tips:

For accurate results, test your urine first thing in the morning and two hours after meals.
