Directions for Use:
1. Apply a generous amount of Fitocold Fisio gel to the affected area.
2. Gently massage the gel into the skin using circular motions until completely absorbed.
3. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
4. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or sensitive skin.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply Fitocold Fisio gel 2-3 times daily, or as needed, to relieve muscle and joint discomfort. For best results, use regularly.
