Directions for Use: 1. Take two tablets daily.
2. Swallow tablets whole with plenty of water.
3. Do not chew the tablets.

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate (from Urtica dioica), Calcium lactate gluconate, Calcium citrate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Magnesium stearate, Croscarmellose sodium, Silica colloidal anhydrous. WARNINGS: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications (especially thiazide diuretics or digoxin), or have any underlying medical conditions (such as hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, kidney stones, or kidney disease), consult your doctor before taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive intake of Vitamin D can be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Side effects are rare but may include mild gastrointestinal upset such as constipation or diarrhea. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
