Instructions for Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your left upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is 1-2 cm above your elbow.
3. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the cuff and your arm. 4. Rest your arm on a table or flat surface with your palm facing upwards. 5. Ensure the air tube is not kinked or twisted. 6. Turn on the device by pressing the Start/Stop button.
7. The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate. 8. Remain still and quiet during the measurement. 9. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, along with your pulse rate, will be displayed on the screen.
10. Record your readings. 11. Turn off the device and remove the cuff.
