The bottom edge of the cuff should be about 1-2 fingers width above the bend of your elbow. 4. Ensure the tubing is not kinked or twisted. 5. Connect the cuff to the Veroval blood pressure monitor (sold separately).
6. Turn on the device and follow the on-screen instructions. 7. Remain still and silent during the measurement. 8. Once the reading is complete, record your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings.
