These are great for pain relief, but the smell is a little strong. It's not unpleasant, just a bit medicinal. I wore it on a long car ride and it helped a lot, but I wish the scent was a little milder. Overall, very happy though.

As someone with super sensitive skin, finding a good pain relief product can be a nightmare. I've used Thermacare's heat wraps before for back pain, and they worked wonders without causing any irritation. This knee version is just as good! No redness, no itching, just soothing heat. Recommended Frequency:
Use one Thermacare Knee Pain Therapy patch for up to 8 hours. You may use a new patch after 8 hours if needed. Do not use more than one patch at a time on the same knee.
