I was skeptical about these patches, but I needed something for my knee pain. The heat is comforting, and the smell is actually quite mild, almost medicinal. It's not overpowering at all, which is a plus. They do help, but the adhesive could be better.

I'm a big fan of Thermacare, I've used their heat wraps before for my back. This knee pain therapy is similar, but specifically shaped for the knee. I find it really helps ease the pain. Good value for money, and one pack lasts me a decent amount of time.

I'm a big fan of Thermacare products, and this one doesn't disappoint. The hydration is great, my skin feels noticeably softer. I'd say the effect lasts a good few hours, maybe not as long as the back patches, but still excellent.

The scent is quite strong when you first apply it, almost medicinal. But it fades down to a subtle, comforting warmth after about half an hour. I actually like it now, it's not overpowering once it settles.

Recommended Frequency:
