How to Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold: Pinch the rim of the Ziggy Cup and fold it in half lengthwise, creating a "C" shape.
3. Insert: Hold the folded cup and gently insert it into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. Push it back further than a tampon, until you feel it sit comfortably just below your cervix.
4. Rotate: Once inserted, rotate the cup 360 degrees to ensure it fully opens and creates a seal against the vaginal walls. You should not be able to feel the cup once it's correctly positioned.
5. Removal: To remove, wash your hands thoroughly. Hook your finger under the front rim of the cup and gently pull it downwards and forwards. Be careful not to squeeze the cup too tightly, as this can create suction and make removal more difficult. Empty the contents into the toilet, wash the cup, and reinsert.
Recommended Frequency:
