5 stars supplier! Fast dispatch, well packed, fairly priced. It is the third time I am using this supplier. Before I used other suppliers, however, event including delivery to the Ireland, it is still the best offer in the market.

Didn't need customer service which is the best sort! The website was easy to use and everything went as predicted. This was my first order but I would use Pharmacy Club again.

How to Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold the Lily Cup: The Lily Cup can be folded using several methods, such as the "C-fold," "Punch-down fold," or "7-fold." Experiment to find the fold that works best for you.
3. Insert the Lily Cup: Relax your pelvic floor muscles and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. The cup should fully open inside.
4. Check the Seal: Once inserted, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it has fully opened and created a seal. You should not feel the cup once it is correctly positioned.
5. Removal: Wash your hands. Relax your pelvic floor muscles. Locate the stem of the cup and gently pull downwards until you can reach the base. Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal and carefully remove it.
6. Empty and Clean: Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet. Wash the cup thoroughly with warm water and a mild, unscented soap. You can also use a dedicated menstrual cup wash.
Recommended Frequency:
The Lily Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, even overnight. Empty and clean the cup at least twice a day, or more frequently depending on your flow.
Additional Tips:
Sterilization: Before your first use and after each period, sterilize the Lily Cup by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
Trimming the Stem: If the stem is uncomfortable, you can trim it to a shorter length. Be careful not to cut too much.
Lubrication: If you experience difficulty inserting or removing the cup, using a water-based lubricant can help.
Finding the Right Fit: Size A is recommended for those who haven't given birth vaginally. If you experience leaking or discomfort, consider trying a different size.
Practice Makes Perfect: It may take a few cycles to get used to using a menstrual cup. Be patient and don't give up!
