Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the individual pad from its packaging. 3. Peel off the protective backing strip from the wings and the pad. 4. Position the pad in the centre of your underwear, ensuring the wings fold over the edges. 5. Press firmly to secure the pad in place. 6. Wash your hands again after application.
Recommended frequency: Change the pad regularly, at least every 4-6 hours, or more frequently as needed. This helps maintain hygiene and prevent discomfort. The frequency may need to be increased during the initial postpartum period when lochia is heavier.
